1. Eligibility & AI Content Requirements

What We Accept:

• Fully AI-generated films, TV series, or documentaries.

• Hybrid productions where AI-generated elements (scriptwriting, score, editing, animation, VFX, or other artistic components) constitute at least 50% of the total content.​

What We Do Not Accept:

• Non-AI-generated films or content with minimal AI involvement.

• Pornographic content or material that promotes violence, hate speech, racism, or any form of discrimination.

• Content that infringes upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.

• Deepfake content designed to mislead, impersonate, or spread misinformation.

2. Copyright & Ownership

• By uploading content to Synthetic Frame, you warrant that you hold all necessary rights to the submitted content.

• The uploader retains full copyright and ownership rights over their work.

• By submitting content, you grant Synthetic Frame a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Synthetic Frame platform, YouTube, or other affiliated video sites.

3. Submission & Technical Requirements

• Maximum file size: 1GB

• Accepted formats: Any video format supported by YouTube (MP4, MOV, AVI, etc.).

• Video Selection: Synthetic Frame reviews and curates all submissions at its discretion. Not all uploaded content will be accepted for inclusion on the platform.

4. Responsibility of Uploaders

• The uploader is solely responsible for ensuring their content complies with all applicable laws and platform guidelines.

• Copyright infringement or violation of these guidelines may result in content removal and potential account suspension.

• If you believe your content was removed in error, you may request a review.

5. Platform Rights & Moderation

• Synthetic Frame reserves the right to refuse, remove, or restrict any content that violates these guidelines or does not align with the platform’s vision of AI-native storytelling.

• The platform may demonetize, limit distribution, or apply age restrictions to content deemed sensitive or inappropriate for general audiences.
